Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is an opportunity to dialog with someone in a safe and sacred space. Whether you are seeking guidance, affirmation, answers, self-knowledge and understanding, or just someone to pray with, it is the Holy Spirit who holds whatever you share and offers insights back to you through the instrument of a spiritual director.
